Anise's illusions can actually almost do the job on their own. The commander and her fellow guards are really really easy with Logan and Anise with you.

Once you're inside the cell, the commander for the MInistry Guard comes in through a secret entrance to break you out. After recieving your disguise just head downstairs in Logan's office to get to the prison. Logan has an to find out how the bandits are getting out of prison so easily and so frequently, so he asks the Countess Anise to disguise the three of you as Big Nose Ted and two of his lackeys to see how the Ministry Guard is busting them out.
